How Much Will I Pay?
When compared to the cost of drugs to treat the individual symptoms of hormone decline, pellets are very cost effective (ranging from about $2.75/day for women to $4.00/day for men.
There is more good, ‘unbiased’ data on pellets and bone density than any pharmaceutical drug on the market.
It’s important to note that EvexiPEL® Hormone Pellet Therapy is NOT a one-size-fits-all solution. Every patient comes to us with unique health needs and varying degrees of hormone imbalance—something we address through our collaborative patient-practitioner approach (collaboration is a key aspect of functional medicine).
Initial Consultation
- Health concerns and goals.
- Health history (physical and mental).
- Family’s health history (genetics often influence health).
- Lifestyle—diet, exercise, sleep and other habits like tobacco, alcohol and drug use.
- Home and work environments.
- Exposure to environmental and emotional toxins.
- Current medication usage, including any supplements.
- Social activities and interactions.
The cost of the Initial Consult is $150.00*
*Labs are required and not included in this price.
Laboratory
Required laboratory panel includes pre-pellet placement labs and post-pellet placement labs 4 weeks after initial placement.
Labs may be covered by your insurance if you wish to file with your insurance we can draw on site and send the labs to your laboratory or we can provide orders so that you can go to a Personal Service Center (PSC) and have your labs drawn by your lab company.
Total lab cost $150.00 (if you choose not to file to insurance)
Pellet Insertion
Pellets range in price based on the dosage required. Your dosage will be calculated based on a number of factors including your age, gender, symptoms, and laboratory results among other factors.

The cost of pellet insertion for men will range between $625.00 and $775.00. Most patients pay $725.00.
The cost of pellet insertion for women will range between $330.00 and $350.00. Most patients pay $330.00.
