Tirzepatide

What is Tirzepatide?

Tirzepatide is a polypeptide that mimics hormones that your body produce called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1). GLP-1 and Gastric Inhibitory Peptide (GIP). These two peptides  work together to target the area of the brain that regulates appetite makingTirzepatide a powerful appetite suppressant that also works by increasing yours bodies production of insulin and at the same time inhibiting the production of glucagon, a hormone that your body makes that increases blood sugar.

How Does Trizepatide Work?

Tirzepatide works in multiple ways, including delaying the emptying of your stomach, slowing the contractions of muscles that propel food through your intestinal tract, lowering your blood sugar by stimulating the secretion of insulin from your pancreas, and acting on your brain to make you feel full sooner.
