Stretching + Core classes are designed to lengthen your muscles and tighten up your abdominals. The aim of these classes is to tone and flatten your stomach, help you when bending and reaching, to improve your movement/range of motion and to relieve stress. The combination of training your core and stretching is a brilliant way to start exercising in a more relaxed environment. This class is low impact and is suitable for all fitness levels!

Balance Class Looking to improve your balance? While this class is open to anyone, strength and balance classes, or falls prevention classes, are designed for people who are unsteady on their feet, are worried about falling or have had a fall. This class focuses on exercise and advice to improve your balance and confidence.
