A 60-minute, one-on-one personal training session with our in-house personal trainer who will guide you in a safe and judgement-free environment. Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Enthusiast, and Sports Conditioning Coach Larry-Gerard uniquely transforms beginners from zeros to heroes. He is a former U.S. Marine and current Combat Medic, active long-distance cross country trail runner and Marathon competitor. He realizes everyone has a different battle they’re fighting on their journey and understands Personal Training provides the accountability and support his clients need.
